Nayi Chetna is a film that blends fictional storytelling with real voices - the lived experiences of women who have been part of PRADAN’s gender trainings in Kesla, Madhya Pradesh.

Through deeply personal interviews, we heard stories of pain, resistance, courage, and hope. These voices - layered over a fictional narrative - bring to life the quiet revolutions led by everyday women. Women who questioned norms, challenged silence, and took bold steps, big and small, toward gender equality.

This film is not just a portrayal - it is a tribute to the changemakers, the ones rewriting what leadership and freedom look like in their villages.
